Nyepi or Day of Silence is the most unique and sacred ceremony day in Bali which falls on Wednesday, March 25^th, 2020 at 6.00 AM to Thursday, March 26^th, 2020 at 6.00 AM. At this time Balinese will be celebrating the Hindu New Year, which called “Tahun Caka” 1942 and marked with total silence (no work, no entertainment, no fire/light, no traveling and to some even meals/fasting), even the airport and harbors are also closed. Check-in and check-out will not be possible during this time.

In relation with this tradition during the “Nyepi Day” (Silence Day), may we request your kind attention for the following points:

1. It is not allowed to go outside the hotel premises during that day from 06 a.m. until 06 a.m. the following day.
2. There will be very little lighting during this time and there will be no transportation service to and from the resort.
3. Request to close your room’s curtains preventing the light which might shine out from your room during the evening starting from 6.PM.
4. Some small games are available at the activity desk. Kindly contact our Operator (ext. 0) for further assistance and information.
5. Please find the Food & Beverage outlets and other public facilities open hours as enclosed herewith and make sure you have your meal during the special occasion in due time. All other outlets excluding in the attached Program is closed.
6. We do apologize that on March 25^th there will be no makeup & turn down services, however, we will change all linen on March 26th, 2020.

In addition, as per the regulation of the Government of Bali, all television providers including cable channels, will not be available during Nyepi day; Do not worry, Our IT team has provided a long list of movies that can be accessed from our internal TV channel. Various activities also arranged to make your Nyepi experience memorable.
