This date was also marked as their re-opening after hiatus for almost two years. Anniversary Celebrations & New Milestones

An intimate celebration with the traditional “Potong Tumpeng” was held among the team members on the same day as a symbol of their new beginning. The celebration continued when a new milestone was announced by the General Manager, Carol Waller, for winning the “Resilience Award”, an award organized by Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) within Southeast Asia and Korea (SEAK).

The beachfront resort located in Tanjung Benoa was recognized as the winner of the “Resilience Award”, not without reasons. The spirit and motivation of the team throughout the closure of the hotel deserve thumbs up. They strived at keeping the hotel to the highest maintenance standards. Various activities from sharing sessions, wellness activities, training, and donations were conducted by the team members including Lean in Circle for female colleagues including mentoring and coaching.
