Food Surplus Management & Community Food Rescue

Food Surplus Management & Community Food Rescue

As part of our ongoing hotel sustainability program, we are committed to responsible food management and meaningful community impact. In partnership with the Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) Foundation, our resort actively participates in a food surplus management and food rescue initiative that redistributes safe, nutritious, surplus cooked meals to communities in need across Bali.

This initiative supports food waste reduction, responsible consumption, and social sustainability, while helping address food insecurity among vulnerable groups. By preventing excess food from going to landfill, we also contribute to lowering our environmental footprint and supporting a more sustainable hospitality industry.

Through this program, we aim to create positive change by combining eco-friendly hotel practices, community engagement, and corporate social responsibility, ensuring that every stay with us supports a more sustainable and inclusive future.
